Outreach

St. Francis Outreach Program serves people who are homeless and congregating on the 16th Street Mall and surrounding parks (downtown Denver), as well as downtown businesses. The six outreach workers provide information, referrals and case management to those who need help locating/accessing resources to transition out of homelessness. They also listen to the concerns of downtown businesses regarding the homeless community and assist whenever they can to build “bridges” between the two groups.
