Title: Director of Supportive Housing
Reports to: Deputy Executive Director
Status: Exempt

Position description: Provide both clinical and task supervision for the St. Francis Center (SFC) staff on the Housing team. Complete administrative tasks needed to assure that the housing program is operated in compliance with our contracts.
Qualifications:
- LCSW preferred, will consider MSW w/significant supervisory and clinical experience.
- Knowledge of and experience working with people who are chronically homeless and have multiple disabilities.
- Knowledge of and experience working with HUD supportive housing programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of social service professionals.
General Responsibilities:
- Work as a dependable, competent, compassionate member of the SFC staff.
- Work collaboratively with other service providers in the community to provide optimum coordination, communication and continuity of services for residents and potential residents of the housing program.
Specific Job Duties
- Provide regular supervision for 5 SFC clinical case managers.
- Provide clinical supervision for 1-2 social work interns.
- Provide direct case management for a small caseload of housing residents.
- Facilitate and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Interface with the property managers and the grants administrator to ensure that the housing programs are administered in accordance with HUD regulations.
- Maintain all the paperwork and documentation for the housing files to ensure compliance to HUD standards.
- Facilitate screening process for new housing applicants.
- Develop and review policies regarding best practices and appropriate procedures.
- Be available for crisis consultation and intervention.
